Millions of Americans are growing more concerned about climate change and understanding how it is a direct threat to individual and community health. As we all witness and experience impacts to our health, livelihoods, and communities, people are looking for guidance on solutions from public health leaders. The Maryland Public Health Association and the Maryland League of Conservation Voters are working with the ecoAmerica Climate for Health program to give you tools and resources to take action.
Register here for this FREE online training using the code MDPHA. It covers the health impacts of climate change, solutions from the ground-level to policy & systems, and best practices for communication and engagement to advance climate solutions. The training is self-paced and accredited for three units of CE for doctors, nurses, physicians assistants, social workers, psychologists, pharmacists, dentists, and dieticians.
