Climate and Health Opportunities in Maryland: Report from the latest Lancet Countdown

In October, the annual Lancet Countdown on Health and Climate Change* was released and included the subtitle, "health at the mercy of fossil fuels." Join us and the Maryland League of Conservation Voters on December 8th at 12PM EST to discuss the findings of the Lancet Countdown and the accompanying U.S. Brief. Featuring special guest (and Marylander!), Dr. Chelsea Gridley-Smith, Director of Environmental Health at the National Association of County and City Health Officials and co-author of the U.S. Brief. We will highlight ways to support Maryland-specific policy solutions that correspond with the recommendations in the Brief.
